  • I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/UHC for certain plans.
For other insurance plans, I can provide out-of-network billing or a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect time set aside specifically for you.

  • You can email me directly or fill out the contact form to reach out. Once I hear from you, we’ll find a time to connect and talk about what you’re looking for, what’s been feeling hard, and how therapy can support you moving forward.

Whether you’re ready to begin or simply exploring your options, reaching out is the first step toward feeling more grounded, understood, and at home in yourself.

  • Our first session is about getting to know you — your story, where you’re feeling stuck, and what you’re hoping to find through therapy. You don’t need to have the “perfect” words or a clear plan. Together, we’ll start to make sense of what’s going on and create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and understood.

  • Most clients meet weekly at first, as this helps build safety and consistency. As you begin to feel more grounded, we can adjust the frequency to biweekly or a schedule that fits your needs.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, though longer sessions are available for deeper work.

  • Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no set timeline. Some people come for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others continue longer for deeper healing and integration. We’ll move at your pace, always keeping your goals and comfort in mind.

  • Yes. My practice is fully LGBTQIA-affirming.

I welcome queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals and couples, and I’m committed to creating a space where your identity, relationships, and lived experience are respected, honored, and understood.

Being affirming means more than acceptance—it means recognizing the impact that culture, family dynamics, and systemic stressors can have on LGBTQIA+ clients. I also recognize that affirmation is an active, ongoing practice. As a cisgender, straight therapist, I know that support requires more than good intentions—it requires continuous learning, unlearning, and a willingness to listen deeply. I work to stay informed, challenge my blind spots, and show up with humility, knowing I won’t always get everything perfect.

My goal is to offer a therapeutic space where you don’t have to shrink any part of yourself or educate your therapist just to be seen. You deserve care that’s inclusive, informed, and continually evolving—and I’m committed to doing that work.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or paying privately have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their therapy services. If you’re not using insurance, I can provide an estimate of your session fees and projected yearly costs based on your needs and the frequency of therapy. This estimate is not a contract—your actual number of sessions may change as we go. If your charges end up being at least $400 more than the estimate, you have the right to request a review or dispute. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate at any time by emailing me. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
